F.I.T. Program - Focused Interactive Training
The F.I.T. Program is a personalized training system that helps clients achieve their fitness goals. The F.I.T. Program is a 1-month program that includes: 1 fitness evaluation, 1 personal training session, 1 exercise plan, 1 month membership, Loyalty Points. - Start Up $98, per month thereafter $58 (no classes) or $75 (unlimited classes).
*Expiration dates apply to all programs. No refunds once you start your program.

| Fast Fit - In and Out in 30 Minutes!
Fast Fit is a 30 minute cardio - muscular endurance workout. It is designed to be fun and non-intimidating and is suitable for all ages!. NO MIRRORS! The machines used are hydraulic machines that don't need to be adjusted. You simply go from station to station as you are prompted by a timed audio CD. There are 14 stations, you spend 40 seconds at each one, complete 3 circuits, and you are done-- Total Time 30 Minutes! The difference between Fast Fit and Curves is that free weights are added to the Fast Fit program to allow for bone building. Hydraulic machines provide a workout but are not designed to build bone. $30 for 1 month unlimited access
Senior Fit
We are pleased to announce a 50+ Senior Fitness Program designed specifically for the needs of individuals in this age category. These classes can also accommodate Phase IV cardiac and pulmonary rehab candidates as well as post-physical therapy patients. We meet 2 times/week for one hour and the primary focus is on muscular strengthening, flexibility, balance, proprioception, functional training, bone strengthening, and fall prevention. We now offer resting metabolic testing that is a simple, 10 minute breath test. During the test, the air you breathe out is analyzed to determine how much oxygen your body consumed. This is how your metabolic rate is measured. The results will show you how to eat the MAXIMUM amount of food and still lose weight. It is VERY ACCURATE! - $45
